Requirements

  • Proven practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in pre- or post-sales customer-facing activities
  • High listening skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a team
  • Attention to details
  • Can-do attitude and autonomy to run activities with limited supervision

  • Grow the usage of the Sonar solution within accounts
  • Increase overall account Sonar maturity
  • Lower the risk of account churn or downgrade
  • Enhance account satisfaction and reduce escalations
  • Increase the number of Sonar sponsors in accounts
  • Establish and maintain Sonar as a trusted advisor in accounts
  • Encourage accounts to stay current on an active version of Sonar
  • Influence the Sonar roadmap to meet account needs
  • Listen to and formalize account technical pains or adoption inhibitors
  • Develop plans to address customer pains and inhibitors
  • Report product technical or functional gaps internally
  • Advocate for the resolution of product gaps
  • Promote the Sonar Clean Code concept and Clean as You Code methodology
  • Assist Sonar sponsors in promoting the Sonar ecosystem
  • Keep accounts informed about the roadmap and upcoming Sonar releases
  • Collect feedback from accounts on Sonar releases
  • Recruit customer development teams not currently using Sonar
  • Upgrade customer development teams using Sonar incorrectly
  • Position the Sonar ecosystem favorably against competing products
  • Educate developers and managers on static code analysis and the Sonar ecosystem
  • Ensure the account's Sonar deployment aligns with its size and criticality
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with account sales representatives
  • Execute Sonar deployment audits and drive remediation plans
  • Contribute to account management plans with sales representatives
  • Develop a technical strategy tailored to the account context
  • Stay updated on the technical status, progress, threats, and opportunities for accounts
  • Track product development within Sonar to maintain product expertise
