- •3-5 years of experience in supporting, maintaining, and delivering high-quality software
- •2+ years experience using or administrating a DevOps pipeline
- •Working knowledge of local and cloud-based software deployment platforms and technologies
- •Investigation skills to understand problems in context
- •Team player with feedback and knowledge sharing skills
- •Can-do attitude towards challenging status quo and contributing to improvements
- •Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Tasks
- •Help customers integrate solutions into their development pipeline
- •Assist with technical integration in developer IDEs and ALMs
- •Support integration with Continuous Integration processes
- •Facilitate integration with software lifecycle tools
- •Guide integration with existing business applications
- •Resolve technical issues by qualifying customer concerns
- •Conduct in-depth technical investigations
- •Manage customer relationships throughout the resolution process
- •Collaborate with Sales and Consultants to enhance customer experience
- •Gather and refine customer feedback for product discussions
- •Contribute to shaping product evolution
