- 3-5 years of experience in supporting, maintaining, and delivering high-quality software

Tasks
- Help customers integrate solutions into their development pipeline

- Facilitate integration with software lifecycle tools
- Guide integration with existing business applications
- Resolve technical issues by qualifying customer concerns
- Conduct in-depth technical investigations
- Manage customer relationships throughout the resolution process
- Collaborate with Sales and Consultants to enhance customer experience
- Gather and refine customer feedback for product discussions
- Contribute to shaping product evolution
