- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience in large-scale DSP production (8+ years)
- Hands-on experience in large-scale biotechnological manufacturing
- Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing settings
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Understanding of business processes and production workflows
- Leadership capability with people management, communication, and team skills
- Structured, organized, and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
Tasks
- Coordinate DSP production activities
- Support Chromatography, Viral Inactivation/Filtration, UFDF, Formulation, and Final Fill
- Ensure timely and compliant execution
- Serve as key interface between production, support functions, and stakeholders
- Enable smooth day-to-day operations
- Lead workforce planning for DSP production support
- Manage shift coverage, overtime, and personnel reallocations
- Optimize staffing levels for efficiency, compliance, and well-being
- Analyze training needs
- Implement qualification and training plans
- Align training with GMP, safety, and operational requirements
- Drive performance management
- Develop employees
- Plan succession
- Foster collaborative and high-accountability team culture
- Manage recruitment of DSP production personnel
- Partner with HR for onboarding
- Ensure sustainable team capability and retention
