Requirements

  • •Master’s or PhD degree in biotechnology or related discipline
  • •> 5 years of experience in purification development
  • •Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and complex projects
  • •Structured, focused, and well-organised working attitude
  • •Openness to new ideas and suggestions
  • •High motivation and dynamic drive
  • •Good knowledge of English and basic German

  • •Provide scientific and technical leadership at the project level
  • •Design experimental plans for downstream process development
  • •Develop data analysis methods for project-specific activities
  • •Write and review high-quality reports
  • •Coordinate the execution of experimental work
  • •Facilitate improvements to business processes and workflows
  • •Contribute to the implementation of innovative technologies
