Tasks

- Interface between customers, process development, and operations
- Ensure process scalability and manufacturability
- Apply formal tools to manage information transfer and risks
- Resolve complex manufacturing process issues
- Execute GMP risk analyses for manufacturing processes
- Provide technical input for capital investment projects
- Implement manufacturing processes within the plant
- Report batch status and performance directly to customers
- Manage process deviations, change requests, and campaign reports
- Compile CMC filing sections and validation reports
- Standardize MSAT procedures and improve process performance
- Lead troubleshooting task forces and global MSAT initiatives
- Evaluate and drive innovative technical trends
- Mentor and train scientific and production staff
