Requirements

  • •Study in Biotechnology, chemical engineering or related
  • •Experience in biopharma manufacturing or process development
  • •GMP and deep bioprocess technology understanding
  • •Fluent English and German (advantageous)
  • •Strong leadership skills
  • •Very good communication and interaction skills
  • •Strong team orientation
  • •Structured, focused and well-organized attitude
  • •Openness for new ideas and suggestions

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Lead cross-functional technology transfer teams
  • •Design and upscale downstream manufacturing processes
  • •Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to completion
  • •Interface between customers, process development, and operations
  • •Ensure process scalability and manufacturability
  • •Apply formal tools to manage information transfer and risks
  • •Resolve complex manufacturing process issues
  • •Execute GMP risk analyses for manufacturing processes
  • •Provide technical input for capital investment projects
  • •Implement manufacturing processes within the plant
  • •Report batch status and performance directly to customers
  • •Manage process deviations, change requests, and campaign reports
  • •Compile CMC filing sections and validation reports
  • •Standardize MSAT procedures and improve process performance
  • •Lead troubleshooting task forces and global MSAT initiatives
  • •Evaluate and drive innovative technical trends
  • •Mentor and train scientific and production staff
