  • •Experience in biopharma manufacturing or process development
  • •Experience in large-scale Mammalian Manufacturing
  • •GMP experience and bioprocess technology understanding
  • •Excellent communication in English and/or German

Doctoral / PhD

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Lead multi-functional technology transfer teams
  • •Design and scale up mammalian processes
  • •Implement processes at manufacturing scale
  • •Interface between process donors and manufacturing
  • •Communicate directly with customers during campaigns
  • •Report batch status and process performance
  • •Resolve manufacturing process issues
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • •Manage information transfer and process risks
  • •Oversee change control using standardized tools
