Requirements

  • •Past experience as a shift team leader, deputy, or system specialist in organic production
  • •Completed chemical/biopharmaceutical education (CPT) or corresponding training qualification, Bachelor/Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering, or related disciplines
  • •Structured, focused, and organized way of working, assertiveness, motivation, independence, flexibility, and resilience
  • •High attitude for safety, quality, solution focus, and cooperation
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of fill and finish production processes and connections in a large production area
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering
  • •Coordination of resources and workflows
  • •Fluency in English (written and oral) and German would be an advantage

Vocational certification

Master's degree

Tasks

  • •Lead, coach, and develop employees

  • •Manage shift handovers and create instructions
