Requirements

  • •Experience as production shift team leader
  • •Chemical/biopharmaceutical education, corresponding training, or related degree
  • •Structured, focused, and organized working style

  • •High attitude for safety and quality
  • •Solution focus and cooperation skills
  • •Knowledge of Visual Inspection processes
  • •Coordination of resources and workflows
  • •Fluency in English and German

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Lead, coach, and develop team members
  • •Manage personnel and conduct performance reviews
  • •Set priorities and allocate resources
  • •Execute visual inspections following cGMP guidelines
  • •Identify, interpret, and eliminate production deviations
  • •Participate in deviation investigations and improvement projects
  • •Ensure safety and GMP compliance
  • •Support audits and site visits
  • •Provide technical and procedural manufacturing support
  • •Train new joiners and existing staff
  • •Collaborate with other team leads to optimize efficiency
  • •Contribute to team and system development
