Tasks
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Manage personnel and conduct performance reviews
- Set priorities and allocate resources
- Execute visual inspections following cGMP guidelines
- Identify, interpret, and eliminate production deviations
- Participate in deviation investigations and improvement projects
- Ensure safety and GMP compliance
- Support audits and site visits
- Provide technical and procedural manufacturing support
- Train new joiners and existing staff
- Collaborate with other team leads to optimize efficiency
- Contribute to team and system development

Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degree
