- Ensure compliance with service agreements for warranty processes
- Monitor KPIs and take necessary actions
- Review requests for completeness and correctness
- Prepare and forward claims to internal departments
- Monitor process indicators and resources
- Communicate professionally with customers on quality issues
- Implement and monitor recall and retrofit actions
- Validate supplier complaints before forwarding
- Prepare cost planning for risk analyses and preventive measures
- Organize and moderate internal and customer meetings
