Requirements
- Vocational qualification (EFZ) in chemical/pharma technology or training
- B.Sc./M.Sc./Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biotechnology
- Experience in GMP-regulated environments, preferably in biopharma manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)

Tasks
- Lead strategic and operational direction
- Manage and develop team of 10-15 trainers

- Manage qualification programs for operations staff
- Conduct training sessions
- Monitor training effectiveness
- Manage KPIs and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyze training needs
- Support employee development
- Support new hires during onboarding
- Conduct performance check-ins
