- •Lead and empower the team to achieve targets
- •Meet call metrics to maximize sales performance
- •Identify key stakeholders within target accounts
- •Manage patient upgrades and information for retention
- •Develop expert knowledge of the diabetes therapy area
- •Manage territory, sales, and customer relationships
- •Guide customers on sensors and healthcare software
- •Support professionals with product training for customers
- •Manage and support key opinion leaders
- •Develop strategy plans for key customer deployment
- •Organize and execute territorial training events
- •Participate in congresses and education programs
- •Report daily activities via the CRM system
- •Plan and execute events for professionals and patients
- •Support the launch of new products and technologies
