Business Development Specialist - Out of Hospital / Homecare(m/w/x)
Developing out-of-hospital business in Switzerland for advanced NPWT solutions. Fluent German, English, and French skills required. 4-day work week, company car for private use.
Requirements
- Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Medical Technology, Nursing Sciences or comparable
- Profound experience in business development, sales or key account management in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of wound treatment or related clinical/scientific experience
- Fluent German and English skills
- French language skills
- Confident use of CRM systems and analytical tools

Tasks
- Develop and expand OOH business in Switzerland
- Focus on advanced NPWT solutions
- Act as strategic link between Sales, Clinical, Marketing, and external partners
- Create sustainable business models beyond hospital environment
- Develop national OOH business development strategy for NPWT
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build scalable business models for market and revenue growth
- Analyze Swiss OOH market including wound care nurses and providers
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Build and manage OOH wound care community
- Promote appropriate use of NPWT in home and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with Clinical and Sales teams on value propositions
- Support product launches and therapy implementations
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Specialists, and leadership
- Contribute to national and international OOH projects
- Ensure structured documentation and performance tracking
