  • Coordinate comprehensive business travel arrangements
  • Prepare internal and external meetings proactively
  • Record meeting minutes and manage follow-up actions
  • Plan and organize large-scale events for 200 participants
  • Monitor and track event budgets
  • Prioritize multiple tasks with detail and efficiency
  • Act as the contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Process expense tracking and business reports
  • Develop technical and soft skills through continuous training
