- Manage succession and future-readiness assessments
- Design comprehensive leadership pipeline strategy
- Ensure alignment with 10-year organizational goals
- Create targeted leadership development practices
- Build critical capabilities and strengthen succession plans
- Drive organizational assessments and predictive models
- Anticipate future leadership needs
- Evaluate external market conditions
- Lead sophisticated succession planning process
- Incorporate real-time data analytics and scenario planning
- Facilitate dynamic talent movement across global functions
- Serve as strategic consultant to P&C BP Enterprise
- Provide guidance on internal leadership talent
- Advance inclusion and belonging in leadership pipelines
- Ensure wide representation of backgrounds and perspectives
- Leverage advanced data analytics tools
- Monitor and measure leadership initiatives
- Provide actionable insights to enhance leadership impact
