- •Solution-focused approach and effective communication skills
- •Degree in Economics, Business, Psychology, or HR
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Align procedures with Group guidance and policies
- •Build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- •Manage the full-cycle recruitment process

- •Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
- •Recommend new practices to improve HR functions
