- Relationship-driven yet data-informed approach
- Account management experience
- Experience leading end-to-end sales cycles
- Passion for live events
- Medium knowledge of Excel and related data skills
- SQL/Snowflake knowledge is a plus
Tasks
- Build and scale high-quality ticket supply
- Identify and address supply gaps
- Source and onboard new sellers
- Grow strategic supplier relationships
- Map regional supply landscape
- Identify inventory gaps by event, category, and seller type
- Prioritize high-impact acquisition opportunities
- Acquire new ticket suppliers for various live events
- Represent region in internal meetings
- Own regional supply KPIs
- Use data to identify and address gaps
- Launch targeted initiatives to improve supply quality
- Review operations across all countries in the market
- Ensure high-quality service for sellers and buyers
- Manage full commercial lifecycle
- Create and execute deals
- Onboard and grow supplier revenue
- Operate with high autonomy
- Make prioritization and investment decisions
- Achieve mutually beneficial economic terms
- Negotiate complex deals
- Serve as key point of contact for largest suppliers
- Conduct client-facing conversations
