In this role, you will lead a team of 10 to 15 employees, focusing on safety and quality while ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include workforce management, employee development, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• •Technical apprenticeship
• •3 years of professional experience in MRO industry
• •Experience in a leadership role
• •English at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher
• •Knowledge to apply Lean methodology
• •Further management education desired
