Description

In this role, you will lead a team of 20 to 25 employees, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating activities with stakeholders. Your focus will be on driving performance, managing resources, and implementing continuous improvements.

Requirements

• •Technical apprenticeship
• •3 years of professional experience in MRO industry with significant understanding of operational activities
• •Experience in a leadership role
• •English at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher
• •Knowledge to apply Lean methodology
• •Further management education desired but not a must

Tasks

• •Guarantee safety and quality of workmanship and documentation
• •Organize support across departments for performance and documentation
• •Manage human resources to ensure skill availability
• •Drive a performance culture through target setting and follow-up
• •Maintain tidiness and documentation ownership in the area
• •Promote continuous improvements using Lean principles
• •Assign jobs and manage vacation planning according to engine needs
