Tasks

  • Establish and develop the Marketing Vault team
  • Centralize affiliate administrative product management tasks
  • Own the end-to-end marketing content supply chain
  • Manage content approval, distribution, and personalization
  • Manage the single source of truth for marketing content
  • Leverage AI to streamline content delivery
  • Automate product lifecycle management for affiliates
  • Create and manage the Marketing Vault
  • Ensure the Marketing Vault is AI-enabled
  • Enable hyper-personalization for content
  • Facilitate modular content usage by affiliates
  • Own the centralized content localization service
  • Manage content localization providers and processes
  • Oversee content translation for affiliates
  • Centralize transactional and administrative activities for affiliates
  • Create customer-facing safety and marketing notifications
  • Perform SAP material maintenance
  • Administer product phase-in and phase-out
  • Standardize product management processes across affiliates
  • Enable centralization and automation through standardization
  • Own the Promotional Content Approval Process (PCAP)
  • Improve and automate compliance checks
  • Speed up time-to-market for marketing assets
  • Monitor Marketing Vault and Product Hub usage
  • Identify opportunities to offload administrative work
  • Centralize administrative work from local teams
  • Build, inspire, and lead the global Marketing Vault team
  • Provide clear vision for the team
  • Contribute to the chapter's strategic direction
  • Manage key stakeholders in Global Marketing
  • Collaborate with Global Digital and Local Marketing
  • Liaise with Regulatory and Quality teams
  • Partner with Commercial IT
  • Engage with Business and Customer Areas
