Description

As a Student Accounting Officer, you will manage financial records for student accounts, ensuring timely processing of transactions while providing clear support to students regarding their fees and insurance. Your role involves preparing invoices, reconciling payments, and maintaining accurate records, all while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• •Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• •1–2 years in accounting or administrative finance roles
• •Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• •Knowledge of AX Dynamics 365
• •Knowledge of Swiss accounting standards
• •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• •Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• •Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• •Perfect command of English and French
