- Execute Group strategy
- Evaluate markets, customer segments, and competitive actions
- Support portfolio capital allocation
- Support investment strategy
- Contribute to M&A assessments
- Identify organic growth initiatives in adjacent markets and technologies
- Structure organic growth initiatives
- Support implementing organic growth initiatives
- Drive organic development projects to key decision points
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Maintain relevant industry networks
- Contribute to developing new business models
- Contribute to implementing new business models for existing and emerging opportunities
- Support the acquisition process
- Develop an acquisition funnel
- Prioritize acquisition targets
- Assess partnership opportunities
- Evaluate strategic and commercial attractiveness of M&A opportunities
- Assess market attractiveness, competitive positioning, and financial valuation
- Prepare analyses
- Synthesize findings for executive leadership presentations
- Support due diligence during acquisitions or divestitures
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Assist in drafting license and partnership agreements
- Manage license and partnership agreements
- Collaborate with legal and relevant business units
