- •Degree in Economics, Law, Business, Social Sciences, Mathematics, or relevant field
- •HCR Management, Programme Management, or Business Intelligence training
- •Strategic planning experience in development or humanitarian organizations
- •Balanced headquarters and operational field-level experience
- •Experience with complex partnerships and inter-agency stakeholders
- •Diverse functional experience in programme or protection (Asset)
- •Solid understanding of forced displacement issues
- •Initiative, results orientation, flexibility, and teamwork skills
- •Effective virtual and in-person facilitation skills
- •Ability to multitask and work creatively
- •Self-motivation, positive attitude, and drive
- •Strategy development and monitoring skills
- •Strategic communication skills
- •Business Intelligence (BI) skills
- •Programme management cycles and reporting standards knowledge
- •Experience with UNHCR strategic planning and COMPASS
- •Knowledge of protection, programme practices, and UNDCO
- •Experience with results-based management frameworks
- •Understanding of solutions for forcibly displaced people
- •Proven record of managing indicators and data analysis
- •Drafting, communication, and participatory coordination skills
