- Interest in the housing or proptech sector
Tasks
- Manage the MD’s calendar and email
- Align priorities with company and personal goals
- Prepare and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Draft agendas, materials, and follow-ups for meetings
- Coordinate personal appointments and commitments
- Organize personal documents, including tax and insurance
- Handle confidential asset-related matters
- Draft, review, and proofread communications and presentations
- Facilitate communication between the MD and the organization
- Track progress of strategic initiatives across teams
- Coordinate new business opportunities and capital raising
- Launch new cities and implement operational playbooks
- Manage the M&A pipeline
- Define and drive project plans with the MD
- Support the MD in preparing for executive meetings
- Conduct research and prepare briefings and reports
- Identify operational gaps and suggest workflow improvements
- Foster collaboration among leadership team members
