Tasks

  • Engage with stakeholders during the requirement phase
  • Manage RFPs and supplier onboarding
  • Review and finalize contracts and signatures
  • Source indirect procurement categories like IT services and travel
  • Collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders
  • Build strong business relationships and develop activity pipelines
  • Execute tactical and strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts and drive competitive bidding processes
  • Manage suppliers for selected categories
  • Analyze spend and market data to identify synergies
  • Produce recommendations and reports for assigned categories
  • Define and negotiate a preferred supplier list
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Guide stakeholders on compliance and process improvement
  • Contribute to or lead assigned projects for business improvement
  • Participate in continuous improvement of the S2P process
