Tasks

• •Engage with stakeholders during the requirement phase
• •Manage RFPs and supplier onboarding
• •Review and finalize contracts and signatures
• •Source indirect procurement categories like IT services and travel
• •Collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders
• •Build strong business relationships and develop activity pipelines
• •Execute tactical and strategic sourcing initiatives
• •Negotiate contracts and drive competitive bidding processes
• •Manage suppliers for selected categories
• •Analyze spend and market data to identify synergies
• •Produce recommendations and reports for assigned categories
• •Define and negotiate a preferred supplier list
• •Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• •Guide stakeholders on compliance and process improvement
• •Contribute to or lead assigned projects for business improvement
• •Participate in continuous improvement of the S2P process
