- Demonstrated experience strengthening leadership capabilities across teams

- In-depth knowledge of safety, quality, and EASA Part-145 regulations
- Customer-focused mindset, proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels
- English proficiency (C1), French an advantage
- Holding an EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit
