Requirements
- •Strong experience in aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting
- •Good knowledge of EASA (EU) No 1321/2014 Part 145 regulations
- •Completed technical apprenticeship or higher education
- •Current EASA B1.1 license holder
- •Minimum 5 years of practical aircraft maintenance experience
- •Type rating for Pilatus PC12 and/or PC24 considered an advantage
- •Team player, self-motivated, accurate, and well-organized
- •Flexible, quality-focused, and cost-conscious
- •Able to work and interact with multiple departments and contacts
- •Willing to travel occasionally and cover AOG duties or weekend shifts
- •Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- •Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of ERP systems
- •Clean criminal record for airport security pass

- •Perform aircraft maintenance within company privileges and EASA regulations
- •Follow Jetfly’s safety and compliance policies
- •Issue certificates for release to service and serviceable tags
- •Troubleshoot technical issues and implement approved solutions
- •Complete tasks on time and provide updates on progress and issues
- •Report defects causing operational deviations to MCC
- •Inform Senior Technician of delays or cancellations with justification
- •Lead and motivate trainees to enhance efficiency
- •Ensure accuracy and completeness of work orders
- •Maintain high-quality documentation according to regulations
- •Receive and store parts per manufacturer specifications
- •Ensure tools are available and in good condition
- •Keep the work environment clean and organized
- •Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
- •Support certifying staff during troubleshooting and installations
- •Update the maintenance management system regularly
- •Report progress and defects to certifying staff
