- •Experience in station management or senior aviation leadership
- •Experience managing technical teams in operational environments
- •Experience strengthening leadership capabilities across teams
- •Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
- •Knowledge of safety, quality, and EASA Part-145
- •Customer-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving
- •Excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels
- •English proficiency (C1) and French as advantage
- •EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss permit
Work Experience
approx. 4 - 6 years
Tasks
- •Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team
- •Oversee line and light base maintenance operations
- •Manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
- •Ensure full regulatory compliance and safety standards
- •Allocate staff, equipment, and infrastructure efficiently
- •Manage budgets and control operational costs
- •Achieve operational KPIs and employer targets
- •Apply LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies
- •Drive performance gains using 5S and SQDCP
