- •Coordinate multiple workstreams and project teams

- •Screen and analyze employment disputes and grievances
- •Organize all-staff events and logistical arrangements
- •Manage administrative and project-related matters
- •Onboard new Staff Council members
- •Manage the annual budget and resource allocation
- •Oversee financial processes and dues collection
- •Produce quarterly and annual activity reports
- •Manage all internal and external communications
- •Coordinate newsletters and presentation materials
- •Respond to generic staff queries
