- Manage administrative and project-related matters
- Onboard new Staff Council members
- Manage the annual budget and resource allocation
- Oversee financial processes and dues collection
- Produce quarterly and annual activity reports
- Manage all internal and external communications
- Coordinate newsletters and presentation materials
- Respond to generic staff queries
- Provide feedback on human resources policies
- Oversee knowledge management and documentation systems
- Participate in management and HR meetings
- Generate minutes and follow up on actions
- Maintain statistics for annual Board reports
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead change initiatives for organizational culture
- Benchmark best practices in staff representation
