- •Relevant educational and professional background in HR
- •Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- •Skilled in advising, coaching, and recruiting
- •Confidence in dealing with diverse personalities in an international environment
- •Ability to build an internal network based on credibility and trust
- •Adaptability to a constantly changing environment and diverse cultures
- •Natural team player with empathy and resilience
- •In-depth knowledge of Swiss employment law
- •Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- •Proficient user of MS Office and Workday

- •Deliver comprehensive HR consulting to line management and employees
- •Consult, coach, and support line managers in their managerial roles
- •Assist employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
- •Foster strong partnerships with the business at all levels
- •Engage in regular discussions with line management on HR key topics
- •Handle complex employee relation cases with the HR Legal department
- •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on employee relations
- •Support recruiting and onboarding with the Talent Acquisition Desk
- •Assist HR Business Partners in implementing core HR processes
- •Manage redundancy and exit scenarios for line managers and employees
- •Maintain the core HR system 'HR Connect' (Workday)
- •Continuously develop expertise in handling HR Connect
- •Actively participate in HR projects
