Requirements

  • 5-8+ years omnichannel, digital marketing, or customer engagement experience
  • Strong emphasis on hands-on execution and enablement
  • Direct experience with omnichannel platforms and tools
  • Ability to configure, validate, and troubleshoot omnichannel executions
  • Translate enterprise standards and technical requirements into execution guidance
  • Experience operating in regulated environments
  • Working knowledge of GDPR, consent management, and privacy-by-design
  • Background in consumer-facing industries preferred
  • Experience with scaled digital execution, platform standardization, or high-volume campaign delivery preferred
  • Experience in pharma or biotech is a plus
  • Balancing compliance with execution speed and quality in pharma/biotech roles is a plus
  • Fluent English required
  • Additional European languages are a plus

Tasks

  • Support omnichannel initiatives using approved platforms and tools
  • Work with country teams to configure and deploy executions
  • Apply enterprise standards for omnichannel delivery
  • Support local adaptation of enterprise standards
  • Focus on usability and clarity in enablement
  • Identify and recommend solutions for execution challenges
  • Share international execution learnings with global teams
  • Support application of enterprise content standards
  • Participate in web and content updates
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance in updates
  • Support audience segmentation and activation
  • Apply and validate GDPR and European privacy requirements
  • Support campaign readiness before launch
