Tasks
- Develop and execute strategic international medical training plans
- Oversee onboarding and continuous education of new International Medical Affairs hires
- Execute therapeutic area training, competencies, compliance, and quality of external interactions
- Collaborate with global, regional, and national stakeholders to develop engaging training programs
- Design training to optimize stakeholder engagement and informed patient-centric decisions
- Establish expertise and deliver content training to the medical team and others
- Serve as a field coach to Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) for enhanced scientific engagement
- Produce engaging content and activities for live, virtual, and micro e-learning trainings
- Identify and develop skill and competency training for effective medical community interactions
- Collaborate with Global Medical and commercial teams to align training priorities
- Build strategic and customized curricula based on identified needs and emerging clinical data
- Develop ongoing training curricula to reinforce medical strategy and educational updates
- Foster and manage collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external contributors
- Utilize technology and instructional design for innovative and accessible training
- Work independently and as a team member with high integrity and alignment to Alnylam Core Values
