Description

In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and supporting MDR-TB programs, ensuring effective community-based interventions and operational efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing campaign data, and driving innovative solutions to improve health outcomes.

Requirements

• •University degree in public health, health policy, administration, health system management, health economics, or related field
• •Minimum seven years of professional experience in provision of technical assistance and/or implementation of public health interventions including community-based interventions in developing countries
• •English and Russian fluency; additional EECA languages are assets
• •Project management and consulting experience of malaria interventions
• •Extensive professional experience in provision of technical assistance and/or implementation of MDR-TB and public health interventions
• •Solid experience in working with multiple stakeholders at national and international levels
• •Strong track record in project management, data analysis, program planning and management, monitoring & evaluation of public health programs
• •Significant experience in structured problem solving and strategic planning
• •Demonstrated experience in driving performance and/or change in an operationally and politically complex context
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Experience with innovative MDR-TB technologies (e.g., AI diagnostics, telemedicine)
• •Project management and consulting experience of TB interventions
• •Ability to consult, communicate and represent the Global Fund with country stakeholders and partners
• •Strong business focus, result oriented with an excellent understanding of how to influence stakeholders
• •Sound judgment with ability to provide high-quality advice and identify alternatives and options in planning and decision-making
• •Ability to solve complex issues with minimum guidance and supervision
• •Knowledge of the Global Fund and its partnership model, governance, policies and processes
• •Expertise in WHO MDR-TB guidelines, health investment strategies, and stakeholder engagement

Tasks

• •Design and monitor MDR-TB programs
• •Provide operational guidance for MDR-TB activities
• •Plan and digitalize end-to-end campaign processes
• •Track readiness of grant implementers for service delivery
• •Guide on campaign design and roll-out plans
• •Analyze campaign performance and commodity management data
• •Facilitate operational dialogue among stakeholders
• •Support capacity-building and resource coordination
• •Develop and socialize a learning agenda for MDR-TB implementation
• •Assist in designing and adapting grant investments and strategies
• •Engage with principal recipients and key actors for implementation
• •Conduct operational assessments for effective execution
• •Identify and facilitate partnership engagement at the country level
• •Align priorities and integrate innovations with operational plans
• •Identify opportunities for integration and data sharing
• •Oversee execution of in-country implementation roadmaps
• •Analyze implementation gaps and develop action plans
• •Coordinate technical assistance needs and opportunities
• •Ensure operational efficiency for MDR-TB programs
• •Monitor and analyze delivery progress against implementation plans
• •Aggregate results for internal reporting
• •Support development of deliverables for leadership updates
• •Disseminate innovations in operational design and implementation
• •Document lessons learned and best practices in MDR-TB investments
• •Collaborate with specialists to systematize learning
