Requirements

  • •Proven market knowledge of ITO and BPO category
  • •Capability of running large complex global deals
  • •Hands-on approach for deal execution
  • •Highly organized and results-driven
  • •Client/stakeholder focus with gravitas to influence
  • •Experienced negotiator and excellent communication skills
  • •German speaking and writing skills highly desirable
  • •Ability to structure complex deals and develop sourcing strategies
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
  • •Experience with market leading sourcing tools and systems
  • •Professional team player, motivated and highly flexible

Tasks

  • •Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • •Manage day-to-day client sourcing projects for multiple clients
  • •Lead sourcing initiatives for projects ranging from $1 million to over $1 billion
  • •Negotiate commercial terms to achieve optimal outcomes
  • •Draft contracts based on standard terms and conditions
  • •Coordinate with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional deal teams
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers
  • •Stay updated on market trends for assigned categories
  • •Contribute insights to sourcing plans and opportunity assessments
  • •Utilize defined sourcing tools and processes to deliver initiatives
  • •Identify and implement savings opportunities for clients
  • •Mentor and coach team members on complex deals
