Requirements

• •Advanced training in supply chain or procurement
• •5+ years' experience in supply chain or materials management
• •Proficiency in SAP R/3, S/4HANA, IBP and Business Warehouse
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• •Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
• •Independence, assertiveness, and data discipline
• •Practical experience with AI tools and technologies
• •Customer-focus, collaboration, flexibility, and solution-orientation

Tasks

• •Run MRP for assigned consumable and service portfolios
• •Allocate stock across central warehouses
• •Analyze data and perform forecasting
• •Communicate material availability and recovery plans to stakeholders
• •Partner with production plants to refine order sizes
• •Collaborate with suppliers to improve delivery performance
• •Support phase-in and phase-out lifecycle activities
• •Generate KPIs and drive corrective actions
• •Champion process enhancements within distribution logistics
• •Escalate critical issues to safeguard business continuity
• •Maintain high-quality, auditable master data
• •Evaluate supplier offers and oversee selection
• •Manage supplier relationships and performance reviews
• •Organize quarterly business reviews with stakeholders
• •Align supply chain activities with business goals
• •Advance sustainability initiatives throughout the supply chain
