- •10+ years experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or commercial vendor management
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field
- •Interest in managing large, international IT contract portfolios
- •Experience negotiating complex IT contracts
- •Experience leading or supporting global RFPs
- •Experience working with Legal on contract terms and risk mitigation
- •Experience in multinational organizations with Europe and US exposure
- •Experience with major IT vendors and system integrators (strongly preferred)

- •Govern a global portfolio of 400 IT supplier contracts
- •Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting to termination
- •Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements

- •Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and data protection clauses
- •Execute global RFPs and RFIs for IT categories
- •Define sourcing strategies with IT and legal departments
