- Serve as primary technical advisor to enterprise customers
- Coordinate internally across teams and stakeholders
- Support customers using Claude API and Claude for Work
- Create and deliver tailored technical content
- Conduct technical deep dives for engineering teams
- Engage in business value conversations with executives
- Guide technical architecture decisions
- Help customers integrate Claude into existing technology stacks
- Develop evaluation frameworks for Claude's performance
- Identify common integration patterns
- Contribute insights to Product and Engineering teams
- Travel to customer sites for workshops and deep dives
- Maintain knowledge of LLM developments and implementation patterns
