Tasks
- Act as primary business stakeholder for CFO, CPO, and senior stakeholders
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies
- Position SAP as a long-term strategic partner
- Provide deep Finance and Spend Management expertise
- Lead end-to-end process mapping and design
- Connect strategy, process, technology, and change management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Drive opportunity qualification and deal strategy
- Lead go-to-market execution for new SAP solutions
- Engage early with customers to validate solutions
- Champion AI and innovation initiatives
- Partner with solution advisors for demo system readiness
- Work with Demo & Learning teams to maintain assets
- Orchestrate tailored demos and PoCs
- Collaborate with value advisors to craft value propositions
- Conduct strategic discovery and value leakage workshops
- Deliver persuasive executive presentations
- Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations
- Align pricing and value metrics for revenue growth
- Support Customer Success Management
- Monitor outcomes and drive optimization actions
- Manage critical escalations and renewals
- Own full deal cycle and renewal strategy
- Elevate customer dialogues toward strategic decisions
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders
- Align and coordinate with executive sponsors
- Maintain relationships with global consulting partners
- Co-innovate with partners to define joint value propositions
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Drive joint accountability and transparency
- Maintain deep functional and technical knowledge
