- Experience in Solution Advisory, CX, or other customer-facing roles
- Openness to new technologies and willingness to learn
- Fast understanding of customer needs and research for information
- Solution-oriented with customer mindset for SAP CX Software Portfolio
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Adaptability and resilience in complex, changing situations
- Expertise in end-to-end processes/solution matching, Lead- and Account-Based Marketing & Lead-To-Cash
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to inspire and lead
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Team player fostering collaboration and showing empathy
- Fluent in German and English
- Industry knowledge in Retail, Wholesale, Consumer Goods, Chemicals & Lifescience
- Ideally, SAP S/4 and SAP CX product knowledge
- Knowledge of AI and self-learning mindset
- 7+ years work experience in SAP CX or CX/Marketing Solutions
- Willingness to travel in Germany and MEE for business growth
Tasks
- Drive product presentations and demonstrations
- Support customers in pre- and post-sale engagements
- Lead discussions and workshops
- Explain and demonstrate solutions and their value
- Build and strengthen links with SAP's global and local teams
- Create content to inspire customers
- Expand SAP's installed base and capture new clients
- Specialize in at least two SAP CX solutions
- Focus on SAP Engagement Cloud and Marketing Solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and SAP colleagues
- Stay updated with new technologies and processes
- Travel around Germany and MEE for business opportunities
