Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in POS planning and implementation, in-store activation, shopper marketing projects, and business challenges, preferably in OTC or FMCG-related industries
  • Good understanding of POS and print industry, including digital developments and emerging technologies
  • Self-driven leadership and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and drive projects to completion
  • Strong project management skills and customer-focus mindset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented and networking mindset, ability to convince, persist, and challenge status quo
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written

Tasks

  • Translate category and shopper insights into POS strategies
  • Orchestrate implementation of POS strategies for market growth
  • Focus on online and offline activation for brand categories
  • Ensure shopper marketing initiatives are insight-driven and customer-centric
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for best-in-class execution
  • Define and produce below-the-line programs and POS materials
  • Control trade and shopper communications across channels
  • Lead discussions on Category Vision and in-store development
  • Deliver impactful trade stories through workshops and presentations
  • Develop category management projects for customers
  • Drive strategic yearly plans for promotional packs
  • Develop new promotion mechanics with the Sales team
  • Orchestrate end-to-end implementation of promotions
  • Leverage analytics and technology for best-performing promotions
  • Analyze market and customer sales data
  • Optimize POS investment using data insights
  • Define Retail Media campaigns with Key Accounts and Media Managers
  • Drive brand visibility and sales growth through omnichannel approach
  • Use data analytics to maximize return on investment
  • Deliver efficient and effective POS solutions
  • Monitor implementation, execution quality, and outcomes
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Customer Support, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Trade & Digital Marketing
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers
  • Monitor supplier performance against KPIs
  • Collaborate with external partners, customers, trade press, and promotion agencies
