Requirements

  • •Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • •Experience in distribution planning, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations
  • •Understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and documentation
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • •Attention to detail and proactive mindset
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or ERP systems
  • •Business‑fluent English and German as a plus

Tasks

  • •Plan domestic and international drug substance shipments
  • •Ensure compliance with GDP and customs regulations
  • •Coordinate temperature-controlled transport with logistics partners
  • •Prepare shipping documents and customs paperwork
  • •Review Certificates of Analysis for shipments
  • •Track shipments and resolve logistical delays
  • •Manage temperature excursions and transport issues
  • •Maintain accurate shipment data within SAP
  • •Collaborate with QA on releases and deviations
  • •Provide documentation for logistics audits
  • •Support continuous improvement of logistics processes
