Tasks
- Ensure smooth logistics processes in SAP/EWM and MES
- Manage user roles and system access per SOPs
- Provide first- and second-level system support
- Analyze, document, and escalate technical issues
- Deliver end-user training and coaching for GMP compliance
- Maintain material, equipment, and inventory master data
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP–MES interfaces
- Process Change Requests and CAPAs in TrackWise
- Develop Power BI dashboards for KPI monitoring
- Coordinate GMP-relevant hardware like printers and RF devices
Work Experience

- Vocational certification
