- •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- •Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/ERP systems
- •Business-fluent English and German skills

Tasks
- •Promote company culture and regulatory compliance
- •Follow internal procedures and safety regulations
- •Create and update shipment agreements
- •Align agreements with customer and internal requirements
- •Coordinate outbound shipment planning and material destruction
- •Ensure accurate documentation and data readiness
- •Engage with stakeholders to secure on-time deliveries
- •Verify material availability, specifications, and quality release
- •Track and report shipment performance metrics
- •Escalate shipment risks and potential delays
- •Support process improvements and standardization efforts
- •Maintain compliant documentation for cGMP and ISO 9001
