- MPS/MRP, inventory & capacity planning
Tasks
- Own and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Ensure optimized supply plans aligned with demand and capacity
- Lead medium- and long-term capacity planning
- Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments
- Drive inventory optimization and maintain planning parameters
- Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics for material readiness
- Lead cross-functional planning meetings
- Provide inputs for S&OP and budget cycles
- Develop and track planning KPIs
- Drive process standardization and champion digital improvements
- Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Planning Team
