  • •5–10 years’ experience in Supply Chain (Pharma preferred; automotive or consumer goods also acceptable)
  • •Strong planning expertise
  • •2–3 years’ experience in team leadership
  • •Bachelor or Master in Supply Chain Management or related fields
  • •SAP (PP/MM) or similar systems
  • •MPS/MRP, inventory & capacity planning

  • •Own and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
  • •Ensure optimized supply plans aligned with demand and capacity
  • •Lead medium- and long-term capacity planning
  • •Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments
  • •Drive inventory optimization and maintain planning parameters
  • •Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics for material readiness
  • •Lead cross-functional planning meetings
  • •Provide inputs for S&OP and budget cycles
  • •Develop and track planning KPIs
  • •Drive process standardization and champion digital improvements
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Planning Team
