Requirements

  • •5+ years in IT or customer support
  • •1-3 years as a technical consultant or business analyst
  • •Good understanding of SQL, Java, XML, and web-based technologies
  • •1+ years in implementing ITIL best practices
  • •Fluency in French and English, another European language advantageous
  • •Articulate and effective communication skills
  • •Result-driven and customer-centric
  • •Ability to inspire customer confidence
  • •Ability to multi-task on several accounts
