Requirements
- Master’s degree or Engineering degree in Information Technology or related field
- More than 2 years of professional experience in IT or HRIS support
- Excellent command of scripting (CMD batches)
- Excellent command of Office 365 (particularly Excel)
- Good command of Windows Server administration
- Strong interest in technological innovation and awareness of AI trends
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with change and continuous learning
- Autonomous and well-organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in French and a good working level of English
- Windows Servers Administration basics
- Windows scripting (CMD batch)
- Microsoft Office Suite (advanced in Excel)
- Transact-SQL queries
- Advanced C# / .NET development skills
- Microsoft Visual Studio
- Version control tools (e.g. Git, SVN)
- Workday administration and integrations
- Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

- Monitor and maintain the HR digital ecosystem

- Maintain and monitor automated jobs and reports
- Manage and optimize HR-related data flows
- Document HRIS procedures and workflows
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and contribute to technological watch
