Requirements

  • •Education in Food Sensory or equivalent
  • •Extensive knowledge of consumer research methodologies
  • •Previous exposure to Marketing & Communications functions
  • •Excellent analytical skills
  • •Outstanding communication skills
  • •Experience in managing and coaching people
  • •Coffee knowledge as a big plus
  • •Ability to travel between various Nespresso locations
  • •Fluency in English

  • •Optimize interaction between capsule, machine, and brewing parameters
  • •Translate consumer insights into differentiated sensory profiles
  • •Champion sensory profiling and digital sensory tools
  • •Evaluate and enhance the Nespresso experience
  • •Pilot and scale digital sensory platforms and AI-driven analytics
  • •Accelerate product development and renovation cycles
  • •Represent Nespresso sensory leadership in cross-functional forums
  • •Engage in external partnerships and industry events
