- •Previous exposure to Marketing & Communications functions
- •Excellent analytical skills
- •Outstanding communication skills
- •Experience in managing and coaching people
- •Coffee knowledge as a big plus
- •Ability to travel between various Nespresso locations
- •Fluency in English

- •Define the Sensory Roadmap for Nespresso
- •Craft and lead a sensory roadmap for exceptional coffee experiences
- •Integrate sensory consumer insights into system design
- •Collaborate with machine engineers, packaging, and green coffee experts
- •Optimize interaction between capsule, machine, and brewing parameters
- •Translate consumer insights into differentiated sensory profiles
- •Champion sensory profiling and digital sensory tools
- •Evaluate and enhance the Nespresso experience
- •Pilot and scale digital sensory platforms and AI-driven analytics
- •Accelerate product development and renovation cycles
- •Represent Nespresso sensory leadership in cross-functional forums
- •Engage in external partnerships and industry events
