Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • •Previous experience in supply chain or project management
  • •Project management competencies and organizational skills
  • •Autonomy and ability to work independently
  • •Excellent communication skills in an international setting
  • •Strong analytical skills and expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • •Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • •Fluency in English; knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus
  • •Frequent mobility to other Nespresso’s sites

  • •Manage continuous improvement projects for Nespresso
  • •Oversee inventory management for packaging materials
  • •Implement methods to optimize packaging stocks and workload
  • •Collaborate with Production and MRP planners, suppliers, and procurement teams
  • •Engage with logistics, finance, and other supply chain professionals
  • •Assist in executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency
  • •Learn to manage different steps of the product lifecycle
