Requirements
- •At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning
- •Experience in an industrial international environment, knowledge of pharmaceutical environment and GMP experience
- •Capability to work in a changing environment and beyond pre-defined processes
- •Collaboration and teamwork with associated departments
- •Conscientiousness and reliability in action follow-up
- •Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to change
- •Proactivity and team orientation
- •Good communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- •Extensive experience with SAP planning software and excellent IT proficiency
- •Fluency in French and English
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Assist in the weekly purchase order cycle
- •Monitor acknowledgments for timely confirmation and processing
- •Manage annual purchase order activities for transportation and ink procurement
- •Oversee the purchase order lifecycle from issuance to Accounts Payable
- •Coordinate QA release for purchase orders
- •Maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with coverage strategies
- •Monitor and initiate destruction processes for materials
- •Consolidate quarterly forecasts for direct material suppliers
- •Assist in calculating and reporting monthly KPIs for material planning
- •Maintain vendor master data in SAP for buy items linked to BOMs
- •Update price and source lists in SAP
- •Review and validate tickets for item creation or adjustment
- •Track new item creation and resolve SAP discrepancies
- •Ensure proper maintenance and archiving of documentation
