- •Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- •Constructive and pragmatic mindset
- •Strong functional and technical understanding of Workday Learning
- •Business-first, governance-oriented approach
- •Long-term, sustainability-focused vision
- •Fluency in English, additional European languages a plus

- •Lead the end-to-end Workday Learning implementation
- •Translate global L&D strategy into scalable Workday processes
- •Define and validate the Learning target operating model
- •Ensure consistency and scalability with global standards
- •Accommodate local needs in the implementation
- •Facilitate global and local workshops with L&D, HR, and business stakeholders
- •Capture, structure, and prioritize requirements
- •Drive informed decision-making through stakeholder engagement
- •Govern integrator and solution design
- •Review and challenge configurations for business alignment
- •Ensure compliance with Workday governance and AMS sustainability
- •Own functional documentation including workbooks and design documents
- •Validate the quality of the solution
- •Support change and enablement activities for adoption
- •Prepare HR teams for post-go-live ownership of the Workday Learning module
