  • Shape Visual Merchandising organization across Europe
  • Define clear VM standards and guidelines
  • Ensure consistent VM execution across markets
  • Audit Visual Merchandising approach
  • Review VM organization across Europe
  • Identify opportunities for clarity and efficiency
  • Contribute to building a scalable VM operating model
  • Define actionable VM standards
  • Develop and refine VM guidelines for different channels
  • Ensure guidelines are practical for in-store teams
  • Improve standards based on feedback
  • Drive impactful in-store execution
  • Lead development of seasonal VM guidelines
  • Align guidelines with assortments and product stories
  • Define store zoning for new openings
  • Collaborate with Retail Marketing teams on zoning
  • Support VM execution in key moments
  • Act as a key reference point across markets
  • Support local teams on VM topics
  • Bring consistency to VM understanding and application
  • Connect central guidelines with local realities
  • Build capabilities and raise execution level
  • Contribute to developing VM tools and training
  • Support upskilling of local teams and VM resources
  • Create shared understanding of in-store execution
